I booked my appointment for covid testing online and when I arrived they simply said that there was no doctor, to come back tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es un asco, llegué a hacerme la prueba y dijeron que había un error en sistema, no respetaron el horario de mi cita y me dejaron al último, ademas el que coordina es altanero y grosero, por el costo vale la pena hacerla en otro lado.
The service is disgusting, I got to take the test and they said there was an error in the system, they did not respect the schedule of my appointment and left me last, also the one who coordinates is arrogant and rude, for the cost it is worth doing it in other side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saqué cita para prueba de antígenos a través del sitio web, recibí mi confirmación por correo, y al presentarme hoy sábado, me dijeron que no podían hacérmela, porque no había doctor; que me presentara al día siguiente.
I made an appointment for an antigen test through the website, I received my confirmation by mail, and when I showed up today, Saturday, they told me that they couldn't do it for me, because there was no doctor; show me the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedo ver que tienen una calificación baja y ahora entiendo por qué por mucho este es el peor lugar que he visitado, la cajera no estaba dispuesta a ayudarme y sosteniendo la terminal para que mi tarjeta entrara, se ve que no tenía ganas de atender. No entiendo por qué están ahí alguien debería darles un curso de atención al cliente o contratar personal más decente, y no terminó ahí, llegué este lugar porque era el único con cita disponible para la prueba de antigen y nunca me habían lastimado tanto mi nariz, hasta este momento siento mucho dolor, si que tube mala racha al caer en este horrible lugar. SI TIENES QUE HACERTE LA PRUEBA ANTIGEN PARA VIAJAR, ESTE ES EL ÚLTIMO LUGAR AL QUE QUIERES VENIR.
I can see that they have a low rating and now I understand why this is by far the worst place I have ever visited, the cashier was unwilling to help me and holding the terminal for my card to go in, it looks like she didn't feel like answering. I don't understand why they are there someone should give them a customer service course or hire more decent staff, and it didn't end there, I came to this place because it was the only one available by appointment for the antigen test and they had never hurt my nose so much, Until this moment I feel a lot of pain, if I had a bad streak when I fell into this horrible place. IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE ANTIGEN TEST TO TRAVEL, THIS IS THE LAST PLACE YOU WANT TO COME.
