★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio muy lentas al contestar el telefono piden datos. Y no saben llenar formularios pides que le ayude alguien mas. Y no saben que hacer y dicen que para entregar. Tardan 1 hora y media. Pongan a gente mas efeciente llame 10:20 y colgué 10:40
Very slow service when answering the phone ask for data. And they don't know how to fill out forms, you ask someone else to help you. And they don't know what to do and they say to deliver. They take 1 hour and a half. Put more effective people call 10:20 and I hung up 10:40

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lástima que han automatizado el número teléfonico, antes se hablaba directamente con el personal y te respondían rápido y eficiente. Ahora sale un menú con una voz que ni se entiende, las opciones siempre están ocupadas y al intentar dejar una mala opinión en la encuesta de calidad, dice opción no válida.

Now a menu comes out with a voice that is not understood, the options are always busy and when trying to leave a bad opinion in the quality survey, it says invalid option.
