★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy has a doctor, inquire about the times but I believe maybe both mornings and afternoons? (Pre-Covid)
I also go to Farmacias Bazar Sucursal Santiago, which is a perfectly good pharmacy. I have a slight preference for this one one on the Zocalo, I find the staff to be more helpful, but both are fine.
The Santiago one will always be less crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there but only for a covid antigen test. It was inexpensive and quick because I had made an appointment online. The consulting physician is located right next door and I waited for maybe 15 minutes before having the test administered. Great service with friendly staff.
