Sucursal a reclamar y me indican que no tienen garantía me indican que la garantía es si no prende ya si falla en la medición no se hacen responsables tengan cuidado en adquirir productos de farmacias del ahorro ahora dudo hasta de sus medicinas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren aquí, hice un pedido con servicio a domicilio y solo estaba una persona mayor y por evitar riesgos se asomó de la ventana y no salió hasta que se fue y lo metió, es un lugar privado y salió en 30 segundos después que se fue el repartidor y hubo faltante de productos, y cómo no lo recibió no se hicieron responsables y se lavaron las manos, pésimo servicio, siempre pido a otras empresas y nunca falta nada, y además la atención al cliente es pésima, si pueden comprar en otro lado háganlo, aquí los clientes les vale, no dan la cara evitan responder y se quedan los productos. Solo bajo 2 bolsas y no venía ahí, no es necesario salir para observar eso. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del médico y de las cajeras no tienen servicio al cliente, se la pasan platicando y esperando citas, son pésimos en esta sucursal al parecer el medico es quien manda aquí y son lentas y mal informadas en los medicamentos, la peor sucursal, tienen un servicio igualito que el seguro social, el medico sale a gritar la ficha o la cita y sino llega la cita solo falta que se siente a leer sus catálogos de Andrea, hasta aque de otro turno y se digne a atender.. malo malo
