★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA ATENCIÓN ,no están capacitados para hacer la entrega de un producto ordenado por internet. La chica que me atendió en mostrador no tuvo ni la amabilidad de checar si mi entrega era en esa sucursal ,se limito a decirme que en esa sucursal no era. Me mandó a la sucursal de las torres argumentado que " manejaban la misma dirección" llegué a la otra sucursal y me dicen que la entrega no es ahí y que no manejan la misma dirección . Regreso a la la sucursal del peñón y les tuvieron que dar instrucciones por teléfono para que verificarán mi pedido y entregármelo. Me hicieron perder 1 hora de mi tiempo en ir y venir de su sucursal en sucursal . Por favor FARMACIAS DEL AHORRO CAPACITEN A SU PERSONAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que e ido me recontracaga que no tengan nunca cambio y paga uno con 100 pesos con una compra de 55 pesos y luego hay como 5 adentro y solo uno despacha las filas hasta la vuelta de la esquina ya mejor cierren si no quieren despachar .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy lentos hay 4 personas que en teoría podrían atender y solo atiende en una caja... no es posible que uno tenga que esperar 30 minutos en la fila para surtir wl medicamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que me agrada de esta farmacia es que está abierta las 24 horas, he tenido que comprar medicamento a altas horas de la noche y lo encuentro aquí, la atención de su personal nocturno es buena y es obvio que tarden en este horario ya que al no poder entrar a tienda te atienden desde la puerta y el encargado por ende tiene que ir y regresar para pagar y para surtir el medicamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fulana que atiende en el mostrador ana laura frasto García es una grosera, esta con la música a todo volumen y no escucha lo que uno le pide, se molesta y hace jetas cuando le pides factura y además cuando le preguntas por el gerente o encargado de la farmacia niega que se encuentre y burlonamente dice que el lunes lo encuentras... y lo peor de todo esto es que se pone de acuerdo con la supuesta gerente a quien pone en antecedentes para que la queja por su mal servicio no trascienda... en fin es gente sin la más mínima educación
