★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Hay muchas personas y ninguna atiende. Están haciendo cosas "más importantes" si buscas refrescos . Tardan más en atenderte. Jamás tienen cambio de billetes mayores a $100 . Los motociclistas mega irrespetuosos . No respetan al peatón. Lo único rescatable es el servicio médico . Y el servicio nocturno por obvias razones es bueno ya que solo hay un personal al pendiente .
 Terrible service. There are many people and none attend. They are doing "more important" things if you are looking for refreshments. They take longer to assist you. They never have change of bills greater than $ 100. The mega disrespectful motorcyclists. They do not respect the pedestrian. The only redeemable thing is the medical service. And the nightly service for obvious reasons is good since there is only one staff to watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusto la remodelación del lugar, lo único que no me gustó es que solo había una persona atendiendo que estaba ocupada con otro cliente y había otros dos empleados en otras cajas haciendo no se que cosa, pero no fueron capaces de atenderme y me dejaron parado.
I liked the remodeling of the place, the only thing I did not like is that there was only one person attending that was busy with another client and there were two other employees in other boxes doing I don't know what, but they were not able to attend to me and they left me standing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal precisamente esta sucursal es PÉSIMA. El personal y los repartidores son groseros, son irrespetuosos y maleducados. No saben atender a los clientes ante algún problema. Uno va a comprar sus productos, habiendo muchas otras sucursales, es la ultima vez que voy a comprar a esta sucursal debido al personal.
The attention of the staff precisely this branch is PESIMA. The staff and the delivery men are rude, disrespectful and rude. They do not know how to serve customers when there is a problem. One is going to buy your products, there are many other branches, it's the last time I'm going to buy from this branch due to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la cajera fue déspota, así como el repartidor y el personal en general. Tardan muchísimo para atender unos simples medicamentos y tienen a toda la gente esperando. Me tuvieron una hora esperando para un cambio de medicamento de un pedido que fue error de ELLOS y no me pudieron resolver nada. Y todavía me querían quitar mis puntos que por un error de sistema. Jamás volveré y definitivamente compraré en otra sucursal donde me atienden mejor.
The attention of the cashier was despotic, as well as the delivery man and the personnel in general. They take a lot to take care of some simple medicines and they have all the people waiting. I had an hour waiting for a change of medication for an order that was an error of THEY and could not resolve anything. And they still wanted to remove my points because of a system error. I will never go back and I will definitely buy at another branch where I am better served.

El día jueves 28 de mayo me tocó presenciar como la encargada de farmacia se portó prepotente y grosera con una señora que solo le pedía amablemente que no le retuvieran una receta de un medicamento que no es de uso controlado y que no le surtieron todas las cajas que le mandaban y requería para comprar mas adelante el medicamento faltante.
Que lástima que esta tienda tenga empleados tan incompetentes y groseros. Además por ño que veo en los comentarios, muchas personas se quejan de lo mismo y los administradores no hacen nada.
Terrible customer service. On Thursday, May 28, I had to witness how the pharmacy manager behaved arrogant and rude to a lady who only kindly asked her not to keep a prescription for a drug that is not controlled use and that they did not fill all the boxes. that they sent him and required to buy the missing medicine later.
Too bad this store has such rude and incompetent employees. Also, because of what I see in the comments, many people complain about the same thing and the administrators do nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala actitud del personal de está sucursal en especial. Antes de buscar mi medicina ya me había dicho la empleada (una gorda) que no había. Al parecer estaba enojada. Perdida de venta para la sucursal ya que tuve que ir a una Gdl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención super lenta, de pesimo caracter, nada amables, y ponen a 2 señoritas de guaruras a cuidar y ni ellas saben precios, no entiendo si el aforo es limitado porque ponen a estás señoritas de estorbo y quitando espacio al cliente, los señores que están en el estacionamiento siempre drogados, dan mal aspecto y miedo, realmente ha bajado su calidad en atención pesimo servicio
Super slow attention, very bad character, not very friendly, and they put 2 ladies of guards to take care of and not even they know prices, I don't understand if the capacity is limited because they put these ladies in the way and taking away space from the client, the gentlemen who are in the parking lot always drugged, they look bad and scary, it has really lowered its quality in attention, terrible service
