Check your change well before leaving, employees are left with some pesos, and to force you to pay in cash, they close the doors of the place and when you give the card they tell you to tell them your PIN so they can charge you, so opposite only in cash.

Make sure to schedule your appointment online, we showed up to the store and we’re directed to book using the QR code. Thankfully they did have appointments immediately on a Monday morning. Once you book (the website kept throwing errors but eventually I got it) you show your confirmation to the cashier at the pharmacy and then pay, they take both cash and card. Total cost was about $380mxn. Testing takes place next door at their medico office, only takes about three minutes and results are in 15 minutes. You will receive your results via email and they will also print it for you if you wait. Parking right outside and though most of the ladies in the pharmacy don’t speak English the doctor did. Quick and cheaper than some other options in Cozumel. They offer testing between 9am-2pm and 4pm-9pm with an appointment. UPDATE: make sure your birthday and info is correct BEFORE they print out your results. My birthday was off by one digit and they couldn’t change it without saying they would charge me again. They should verify before they do the test.
