★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen cambio pésimo servicio la mayoría de los clientes vamos a comprar medicamento tenemos o un familiar enfermo o necesitamos nuestro medicamento y las chicas lo único q te dicen no tengo cambio si qiere esperar a que le dé su cambio,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que atiende siempre lo hace de mala gana. Y además el problema principal es que LOS PRECIOS DE LOS ANAQUELES NUNCA SON RESPETADOS EN CAJA. Por ejemplo, pasé a comprar unas toallitas húmedas y en anaquel tenían precio de $35, al pasar a caja me cobraban $48. Esto ha sucedido en más de una ocasión ya que lo mismo con un cepillo de dientes marcado en $38, el cual al llegar a caja lo pasan por un precio de $52. En pañales el mismo problema, le subieron $28 pesos más al precio marcado en anaquel. Gente, vecinos, por favor, no dejen que nos hagan esto, denuncien, presenten su queja porque se acostumbran así a vernos la cara. Francamente yo ya prefiero comprar en las farmacias de la colonia en donde me respetan el precio, a comprar ahí en donde de una forma u otra quieren recuperar lo que supuestamente te abonan en el monedero electrónico. Pésimo servicio, poco surtido y engaño a la gente en cuestión de precios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por fuera el establecimiento no es muy agradable, pero es en parte por la comunidad.
El asunto con esta sucursal, es q el personal no sabe q está ahí para trabajar, se la pasan hablando y chismeando en la parte posterior y hasta pareciera que se esconden de la gente, ya que para que te atiendan debes cazarlas, si no ella ni te hacen caso, y aun así no hacen nada para mejorar.
El lugar en apariencia está limpio, solo que le faltan señalamientos de cómo se hacen las filas para atender (obviamente esto es cuestión de la cadena), pero aún asi el personal no dice nada !
Solo lo que me queda decir, es capaciten al personal en atención a clientes y supervisar dicho lugar!
Outside the establishment is not very pleasant, but it is partly by the community.
The issue with this branch, is that the staff does not know that it is there to work, they spend it talking and gossiping in the back and they even seem to hide from people, since in order to be treated you must hunt them, if not they They don't pay attention to you, and still don't do anything to improve.
The place is apparently clean, only lacks indications of how the lines are made to attend (obviously this is a matter of the chain), but still the staff says nothing!
Only what I have to say, is to train the staff in customer service and supervise that place!
