Terrible service, the manager asked me for my card and PIN, to charge me out of my sight, to which I refused and asked her if I could come in to enter my PIN in the box she said no. How sad that a foreign access branch has this terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio por parte de una de las señoritas de mostrador, pues si no tienen cambio simplemente no te cobran, no te dice nada solo no te cobra y si le haces la observación se molesta y se porta grosera, Sugiero pongan atención en ese aspecto
Terrible service by one of the ladies at the counter, because if they don't have change they simply don't charge you, they don't tell you anything they just don't charge you and if you make the observation they get upset and behave rude, I suggest you pay attention to that aspect
