★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que poca, para que ponen número de teléfono si no van a responder, primero me hicieron esperar y luego descolgaron pero nadie atendió llamada por 15 minutos. Igualmente los empleados siempre andan con sus calmas y te atienden hasta que se les da la gana.

The advertising says that this branch is 24 hours a day but during the pandemic (and as of October / 20) they close at 10pm! The service is normal, it does not stand out as other comments say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí un suplemento online y llegaron con otra cosa completamente diferente, me parece absurdo que no tengan control de los productos que salen de sucursal. Cuando llamé para revisarlo, la persona que me contestó fue amable pero no tenía idea de cómo resolver mi caso, nunca se me ofreció enviarme el producto correcto, solo cancelaron el pedido y tengo que esperar a que me hagan el reembolso.
Terrible service, I ordered a supplement online and they came with something completely different, it seems absurd to me that they do not have control of the products that leave the branch. When I called to check it out, the person who answered me was friendly but had no idea how to solve my case, they never offered to send me the correct product, they just canceled the order and I have to wait for a refund.
