★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las empleadas (Que por cierto me comentaron que ya llevan varios años trabajando ahí, lo que habla de que están contentas con su trabajo) son súper amables! flexibles, educadas, y sobre todo pacientes! porque en varias ocasiones me ha tocado ver una señora gritándoles (la misma señora siempre) y la saben sobrellevar muy bien! mis respetos!
Está muy bien surtida, muy completa, bien ubicada, y reitero, lo mejor es la actitud y el excelente servicio de las empleadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque mi comentario va para la farmacia derma de al lado, como corresponde a la misma cadena y no hay una ubicacion directa de derma, la escribo aqui. Acaso no hay personal para que contesten el telefono???? Llevo 20 min llamando sin parar y no son capaces de contestar. Pensé en llamar al numero de aqui pero resulta que ni esta actualizado. Pesimo servicio por telefono

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal que en el área de Dermatólogia te restringen las muestras de los productos que quieras checar, digo no es como comprar un dulce, puesto que estos productos no son cualquier cosa que compras y sino te gusta pues lo tiras, regalas, etc. Creo que las encargadas de dicha área para eso les proporcionan las muestras para que los clientes verifiquen la calidad del producto y si es acordé a las necesidades de su piel. Es lamentable que te digan que si compras un producto de alguna marca ya no te quieran proporcionar muestra de otras más con motivo de que "no es posible porque te están haciendo cambiar de linea de la marca" ??, así de verdad que no quedan ganas de regresar al menos a esa área.
Too bad that in the Dermatology area they restrict the samples of the products that you want to check, I say it is not like buying a sweet, since these products are not anything you buy and if you do not like it, you throw it away, give it away, etc. I think that the people in charge of this area provide them with the samples so that the clients can verify the quality of the product and if it is according to the needs of their skin. It is unfortunate that they tell you that if you buy a product from a brand they no longer want to provide you with a sample of others because "it is not possible because they are making you change the brand's line" ??, so they really do not remain desire to at least return to that area.
