★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor que atiende es un grosero, lastima que no puedo adjuntar el video, llegue 8:10 le toque la puerta y ni por educación se levantó abrir, después de 20 minutos sale para mencionar que ya no estaba dando consultas por qué el ya se iba media hora antes de su hora, ademas haciendo preguntas que si yo quien era para preguntarle por qué no podía atenderme, lo bueno que logré enviar el reporte ante la comisión nacional de arbitraje médico y al apoderado legal de esa sucursal. Esperando logren distituirlo ya que su deber como médico es brindar atención médica.

Hoping to remove him since his duty as a doctor is to provide medical care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente médico da diagnóstico asertivos en mí caso ya había visto especialistas y ninguno le había acertado con el tratamiento por casualidad llegué al consultorio de Farmacias del Ahorro y al revisar mis lesiones su diagnóstico fue infección bacteriana empecé el tratamiento y obtuve excelentes resultados a la fecha ya no tengo dichas lesiones. Altamente recomendable Dr. Gerardo no hay que perderle la pista a tan buen Doctor.
An excellent doctor gives assertive diagnoses in my case I had already seen specialists and none had hit him with the treatment by chance I arrived at the Farmacias del Ahorro office and when reviewing my injuries his diagnosis was bacterial infection I started the treatment and obtained excellent results to date. I have no such injuries. Highly recommended Dr. Gerardo, do not lose track of such a good Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en farmacia por lo regular es un poco lenta, pero no en exceso.
Para pasar a consulta con el doctor es necesario sacar turno en farmacia.
El doctor Gerardo es muy bueno, ha atendido a varios de la familia y han evolucionado satisfactoriamente.
En mi caso en particular me dió seguimiento pos-covid, lo cual ayudó mucho en mi recuperación.

To go to the doctor's office, it is necessary to take an appointment at the pharmacy.
Dr. Gerardo is very good, he has treated several of the family and they have evolved satisfactorily.
In my particular case, he gave me post-covid follow-up, which helped a lot in my recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van tres veces que entro a este sucursal y cada vez que entro tengo una experiencia peor que la vez anterior. El personal es el más grosero que yo he visto en todos los sucursales que yo he visitado en este país. Todos tienen muy mala actitud y no les interesa ayudar el cliente. Si no tienen algo en stock, nunca te ofrecen de conseguirlo bajo pedido y siempre buscan una razón por no cumplir y dejar el cliente satisfecho. Más nunca regresaré a este sucursal de la Farmacia del Ahorro. La experiencia es horrible y nunca lo puedo recomendar, ni a mis peores enemigos... Hay que despedir a todos y contratar gente que realmente sepa de servicio al cliente. Ellos deberían de ir al sucursal de 12 Pte 125, para ver cómo se trata el cliente.
It's been three times that I enter this branch and every time I enter I have a worse experience than the previous time. The staff is the rudest that I have seen in all the branches that I have visited in this country. They all have a very bad attitude and are not interested in helping the customer. If they don't have something in stock, they never offer to get it on order and always look for a reason not to fulfill it and leave the customer satisfied. I will never return to this branch of the Farmacia del Ahorro. The experience is horrible and I can never recommend it, not even to my worst enemies... You have to fire everyone and hire people who really know customer service. They should go to the branch at 12 Pte 125, to see how the client is treated.
