★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de consulta médica es increíblemente lento, la doctora toma signos vitales y pregunta lo necesario 5 min, y después pasa 25 min en la computadora metiendo datos, no estoy exagerando. Hay consultorios más sencillos con mejor servicio. Si consideran ir ahí, que sea la última opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio tanto en farmacia como en consultorio es pésimo, la médico gral. es despota y se toma mucho tiempo intermedio para asuntos personales o desayunar en horas de consulta esperando que los pacientes esperen de pie, fuera del consultorio y bajo el sol. Además de que el corto criterio de las personas que trabajan ahí no les permite darse cuenta que una persona con fiebre y mareos no puede esperar a que la Médico Gral. termine de comerse su pan y café de mediodía, estando de pie y bajo el sol.
Espero que la administración de Farmacias del Ahorro haga cambios tajantes en el customer service o se preparen para salir del mercado.
