★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte de los empleados del lugar, muy lentos y sólo funciona una computadora para cobrar a pesar de tener varias, no cuenta con variedad de medicamentos y los precios son muy caros, la verdad no vale la pena venir a perder el tiempo sólo para que te digan que no tienen el medicamento, el servicio médico únicamente es a partir de las 4 de la tarde, muy mal ?

Pues por más quejas que recibeb, más va empeorando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En tres visitas recientes, las empleadas se la pasan platicando entre ellas aunque uno este enfrente, y cuando te atienden lo hacen de mal modo. No tienen sistema para distintos servicios: recargas tiempo aire, recargas TAG, pago de servicios.

Compre por medio de su call center un medicamento la semana pasada con cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito, me dijeron que la sucursal que surtiría mi pedido seria la de Madrugada; el día de hoy me llega notificación de mi banco por una compra de $1349 justo de farmacias del ahorro sucursal madrugada, así que aquí alguno de sus empleados se dedica a hacer fraude con las tarjetas de crédito, por lo menos las que se usan para pagar por su call center, no dudo que lo hagan con las tarjetas físicas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las 2 mujeres que atienden ahí son muy lentas, sobre todo la señora más grande además de que no es amable no te contesta bien y como es casi los establecimientos nunca hay servicio de pagos , el estacionamiento está mal hecho en mi experiencia es un lugar donde hay un mal ambiente.
Deberían cambiar el personal y capacitarlos mejor para brindar un mejor servicio. Lamentable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compramos un medicamento en call center y a los 5 minutos querían venir a recogerlo que por que la receta estaba mal y le llamaron ratero a mi esposo que por cierto es médico, cuando el medicamento fue cobrado (hoy mismo sucedió) y luego dos veces vinieron a dejar una leche que según pedimos y nunca la pedimos queriéndola dejar y supuestamente ya cobrada con una tarjeta de crédito que no pertenece a mi esposo, LA PEOR FARMACIA NUNCA SE PAREN AHI!!! YA ESTOY ESCRIBIENDO A PROFECO

Hoy fui ha comprar medicamentos y me llevo la sorpresa de que cuando llego a mi casa y reviso el medicamento una caja venía vacía, fui a reclamar y me dijeron que de seguro yo quite el sello ( cuando ninguna de las cajas venía sellada) y yo saqué el medicamento, cuando no fue así ??, es muy injusto cuando uno lucha por comprar su medicamento con trabajo y te roben de la peor manera.
Una gran lección, les recomiendo que revisen que todas las cajas vengan llenas antes de salir de la sucursal
