Pésimo servicio de las señoritas de mostrador, se supone que son la cara de la imagen, primero llegué para pedir turno y me comenta la señorita que aún no llega la doctora que ya no debe de tardar y me da mi turno, después de 30 minutos la doctora no llegaba y fui a preguntar si iba a llegar o no? Me dice ah no va a llegar (o sea porque desde que supieron no avisan para que la gente no esté esperando! Había una señora con una bebé esperando en la sala donde pegaba todo el sol) Luego me dijo que más tarde iba a regresar una doctora que se fue a comer y prepotente me dijo "si gusta esperar", quién sabe a qué hora iba a llegar ! Creí que somos lo suficientemente inteligentes para ponernos en el lugar del cliente y atender como les gustaría que las atendieran, pero creí mal... Ni que fuera el IMSS ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte de la "Médico" Margarita Concepción Libreros Ramos, pide uno ficha en caja con horas de anticipación, nos tiene esperando para pasar, son muy tardadas sus consultas y viene sin ganas de atender cuando su horario indica que es de 09:00 a 15:00 h. Por ética profesional debería de avisar con anticipación cuantos pacientes va a poder atender por día.

Persona prepotente , que nada más está sentada viendo pasar el tiempo.... Pero por gente como esa estamos mal como sociedad..... Pesima su forma de consultar ojalá la cambiarán
