★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención!!! , tardaron en atenderme 25 mins. Y eso que solamente estaba 1 cliente antes de mí. De todo el personal que atiende, solamente 2 lo estaban haciendo y los demás no se que tanto hacían en la parte de atrás.
 Terrible attention !!! , it took me 25 minutes. And that there was only 1 customer before me. Of all the staff that serves, only 2 were doing it and the others do not know how much they did in the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ayer en la noche fui por un medicamento y el precio lo aumentaron y como se que siempre lo hacen, había marcado antes por teléfono para corroborar el precio y aun así lo subieron, además que me pidieron mi NIP de mi tarjeta, y como no quise darlo, no me lo vendieron.
Terrible service, last night I went for a medicine and the price was increased and as I know they always do, I had dialed before by phone to corroborate the price and even so they raised it, also they asked me for my PIN of my card, and as I did not want to give it, they did not sell it to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por un labial de burt bees y aunque se equivocó la señorita al decirme que tenía color (no tiene ), la atención al cliente de parte del personal es muy buena y esta muy bien surtida esa sucursal.
I went for a burt bees lipstick and although the lady was wrong when she told me that it had color (it does not have any), the customer service from the staff is very good and that branch is very well stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo, ofrecen servicio de pagos a terceros y prefieren cobrar medicamento que el servicio que ofrecen, mencionando que solo esta disponible de lunes a viernes, la vendedora Guadalupe 131401, solo menciono que no hay sistema y que no podía realizar el cobro, que viniera otro día.
Para que ofrecen servicios de los cuales no van a respetar
