Fui a recargar mi Tag ? y me atendió ildegar Martín Diaz Albarrán, le hice mención que tenía que escanearlo a lo cual me ignoró y dijo sólo tener que poner el número, dicha persona me causo inconvenientes en la carretera y el saldo nunca se abonó, cuidado con la recarga de Tag

Pésima atenciona clientes, hoy me atendio una señora déspota, sarcastica y grosera, no me quizo abonar mis puntos a mi tarjeta del ahorro y tampoco me queria dar mi receta (a pesar de que ellos no se la quedan), me hizo pasar un muy mal momento. Esta sucursal deberia poner mas atencion al tipo de gente que contrata porque ya me ha pasado varias veces, seguro no vuelvo a ir jamás.
Terrible customer service, today I was attended by a despotic, sarcastic and rude lady, she did not want to pay my points to my savings card and she did not want to give me my prescription (even though they do not keep it), she made me spend a very bad moment. This branch should pay more attention to the type of people it hires because it has already happened to me several times, I'm sure I will never go again.

Pésimo servicio, te venden los medicamentos de su marca sin preguntar. Las vendedoras son altaneras , groseras e ineficientes. Gente así no debería dar atención a clientes.
Terrible service, they sell you their brand drugs without asking. The saleswomen are haughty, rude and inefficient. People like that shouldn't be paying attention to customers.

Pésimo servicio del staff y peor del médico del turno nocturno. Fui para un chequeo general (peso, TA, etc) y me dijo que no me podía atender ya que no sabía cómo ya que ahí SOLO DAN CONSULTAS GENERALES. Me parece una barbarie que tengan a un “médico” que no sepa dar un chequeo general y aún así le permitan recetar medicamentos.
Terrible service from the staff and worse from the doctor on the night shift. I went for a general check-up (weight, TA, etc) and he told me that he could not attend me since he did not know how since they ONLY GIVE GENERAL CONSULTATIONS there. I find it outrageous that they have a "doctor" who does not know how to give a general check-up and still allows him to prescribe medication.

Buena atención por parte de las chicas y chicos de mostrador, a excepción la Sra Mary tiene un carácter, pésimo, en un par de ocasiones me ha tocado que me atienda ella, no quiere recibir los pagos en tarjeta solo efectivo, la señora es lenta para atender, a quienes nos queda de paso preferimos la farmacia Guadalajara. Pena que por personas como estas se devalué el servicio.
Good attention from the girls and boys at the counter, with the exception of Mrs. Mary has a lousy character, on a couple of occasions I have had to attend to her, she does not want to receive card payments only cash, the lady is slow To attend, those of us who pass through prefer the Guadalajara pharmacy. me robaron !! no me dieron el medicamento completo ,cuando pague a la hora de entregar el medicamento no me dieron completo !! El señor que me atendió estaba distraído y platicando con las mismas que trabajan ahí !! Alegando que si se me había dado !! Solicité que revisaran las cámaras para que corroboraban que no se me había entregado completo el medicamento . Pero no fue así , dialogaron que me darían respuesta en tres semanas y pues yo no puedo esperar para tomarme mi medicamento me tuve que ir a otra farmacia a surtirme lo que ya había pagado . Además con lágrimas del coraje y frustración que me hicieron pasar ... Encargada ,en lugar de darme solución se puso a defender al señor , en un plan arrogante y prepotente , qué lástima porque llevaba años comprando mi medicamento alli ya que soy codependiente ... no vuelvo jamás

But it was not like that, they discussed that they would give me an answer in three weeks and since I can't wait to take my medicine, I had to go to another pharmacy to get what I had already paid for. Also with tears of anger and frustration that they put me through ... Manager, instead of giving me a solution, she put to defend the Lord, in an arrogant and arrogant plan, what a pity because I had been buying my medicine there for years since I am codependent ... I will never return

Tenía una cita para una prueba COVID que hice con una semana de anticipación. Era una cita que de verdad necesitaba ya que el día jueves viajo al extranjero y me pedían una prueba negativa. Cuando llegue a la sucursal me dijeron que ellos no tenían citas COVID que el doctor había renunciado y que ellos no tenían la culpa y no eran responsables por la falta de médico en la sucursal. Cabe recalcar que tenían mi correo electrónico y teléfono para comunicarse conmigo y decirme que no podían llevar a cabo dicha prueba. En ningún momento de esos siete días hubo mensaje, llamada o correo. Fueron poco profesionales, irresponsables, irrespetuosos y la desgracia al país. Por eso el país está cómo está por personas como ellos.
I had an appointment for a COVID test that I made a week in advance. It was an appointment that I really needed since on Thursday I am traveling abroad and they asked me for a negative test. When I arrived at the branch they told me that they did not have COVID appointments that the doctor had given up and that they were not to blame and were not responsible for the lack of a doctor in the branch. It should be noted that they had my email and phone to contact me and tell me that they could not carry out said test. At no time during those seven days was there a message, call or email. They were unprofessional, irresponsible, disrespectful and a disgrace to the country. That is why the country is the way it is because of people like them.
