Se entiende que por la contingencia debemos cuidar las medidas de protección, pero él es muy grosero para dirigirse a los clientes, no tiene tacto para dar indicaciones. En general, la farmacia es buena, pero Farmacias del Ahorro, debería tratar mejor a sus trabajadores (capacitarlos en atención al cliente), para que ellos traten mejor a los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguido cambian a los empleados, algunos muy amables y atentos. Otros déspotas y muuuy groseros. Deberían checar la atención al cliente. El médico muy gentil y paciente. Pocas veces no han tenido los medicamentos que busco. Continuamente tienen ofertas y el monedero increíble.
Employees are often changed, some very friendly and attentive. Other despots and sooo rude. They should check customer support. The doctor is very gentle and patient. They have seldom had the medications I seek. They continually have offers and the amazing purse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron muy bien, llegué y pedí lo que necesitaba. La señorita amablemente me acompañó a dónde estaba cada producto que requería y me mencionó las promociones. Creo que la atención ha mejorado, a juzgar por los comentarios anteriores y cuentan con varios productos incluído la sección de cuidado dermatológico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy lunes a las 10:30 pm llegamos a la farmacia y el vendedor no nos quiso atender, nos dijo que no tenia servicio y que no era una farmacia 24hrs!! Y afuera en la fachada tiene tres letreros enormes de 24 hrs!! No vuelvo a ir ahi.
Today Monday at 10:30 pm we arrived at the pharmacy and the vendor did not want to attend to us, he told us that he had no service and that it was not a 24 hour pharmacy!! And outside on the facade it has three huge 24 hour signs!! I will not go there again.

En esta ocasión el lugar se encontraba sucio y estaba ella sola.
