★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la persona que estuvo en el turno del día 23-02-2021 a las 7:00 pm, se porto muy grosera, se le pidió medicamento y antes de hacer el cobro menciono que tenia que retirar la receta, a lo que se le explico que no se podía quedar con ella ya que ahí venia escrita la fecha de la siguiente cita medica y una prescripción para unos estudios, ella de mala gana insistía que se la tenia que quedar, se le menciono que podía marcar la receta de que ya había surtido el medicamento y seguía insistiendo en que no se podía y que tenia que quedarse con la receta, por lo que se le pidió que cancelara la compra y dijo que no podía que ya había marcado todo y no iba a regresar la receta y amenazó en llamar una patrulla, aun cuando no había cerrado la venta ni entregado el medicamento, y aun se negaba a devolver la receta.
Terrible service, the person who was on duty on 02-23-2021 at 7:00 pm, behaved very rude, was asked for medication and before making the payment he mentioned that he had to withdraw the prescription, to which It was explained to her that she could not stay with her since the date of the next medical appointment and a prescription for some studies was written there, she reluctantly insisted that she had to keep it, she was mentioned that she could mark the prescription for that he had already filled the medicine and kept insisting that it could not be done and that he had to keep the prescription, so he was asked to cancel the purchase and said that he could not because he had already marked everything and was not going to return the prescription and he threatened to call a patrol, even though he had not closed the sale or delivered the medicine, and still refused to return the prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Te quieren meter “promociones” para poder pasar con el doctor. Qué triste que se quieran aprovechar de la necesidad de las personas. Como si el cliente tuviera la culpa de que no vendan por su mal actitud.
Very bad service. They want to put you "promotions" to be able to go to the doctor. How sad that they want to take advantage of people's needs. As if the customer were to blame for not selling because of their bad attitude.

Me fui hacer una prueba del covid y el Dr. Me llamó y me dijo que había salido positivo y mi papel dice otra cosa el Dr. Se llama Julio octavio validez espino.
I don't recommend that you go for a test. The Dr says one thing and your paper says another.
