★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son demasiado altos, se aprovechan de que en esa zona casi no hay farmacias. Además, nos querían vender un protector solar caduco!!! Por suerte nos dimos cuenta y nos lo cambiaron. Sin embargo, notamos que muchas cosas tenían la fecha de caducidad borrada o recortada. Tengan cuidado si compran algo aquí.
The prices are too high, they take advantage of the fact that there are almost no pharmacies in that area. In addition, they wanted to sell us an expired sunscreen !!! Luckily we realized and they changed it. However, we noticed that many things had the expiration date deleted or trimmed. Be careful if you buy something here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pides un medicamento y no lo tienen, luego te dicen que regreses más tarde. o mañana, y al estilo mexicano estándar, dicen que lo tendrán. cuál es el propósito de una empresa. servir a su cliente. entonces su sistema de tarjeta de crédito no funciona y dicen "regresa más tarde" tú regresas. no funciona. Si puede, le recomiendo que busque una farmacia diferente.
You ask for a medicine and they don't have it, then they tell you to come back later. Or tomorrow, and standard Mexican style, they say they'll have it. what is the purpose of a company. serve your customer. then their credit card system doesn't work and they say "come back later" you come back. it does not work. If you can, I recommend that you find a different pharmacy.

La Chica que me atendió me cobro por medio de un lector en su celular y ya que regrese de mis vacaciones me apareció otro cargo en otra farmacia por una cantidad similar. El banco me informó que mi tarjeta había sido clonada.
(ojo no utilice mi tarjeta de crédito en ninguna otra parte)
Cloned card
The girl who attended me charged me through a reader on her cell phone and as I returned from my vacation another charge appeared in another pharmacy for a similar amount. The bank informed me that my card had been cloned.
(be careful not to use my credit card anywhere else)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FYI. You cannot fly on United with their Covid antigen tests. Luckily I realized their results report seemed sketchy and got an approved antigen result next day from the medico in Mazunte. (With United you can upload your negative result 2 days before you fly) Refund me my $1500 pesos or I'll just call Visa.
Edit to their response:
a PCR is not needed as of 4/13 to the U.S. The antigen results they gave me were not accepted even though they were negative.
I reccomend the medico in Mazunte. He provides results in English and Spanish complete with passport information and verification of his credentials. I just uploaded my negative results from him and they were accepted.
