Worst experience I’ve ever had in a pharmacy. They were rude, unhelpful, and the one assistant particularly couldn’t have been more insolent than the glare on her face when I asked ¿Habla usted inglés? and the incredibly tactless NO I got in return. Then there was the talking about me with another customer while I was standing right there. They might have wanted to find out if a foreigner has ANY Spanish before they indulge in disrespectful and insulting behaviour. However, their snide looks toward me and other body language would have given it away anyway. None of them were willing to use the phones in their hands to translate with me about my prescriptions. I eventually got translated that they only had one box of a certain med, and when I asked if they were expecting more, the pharmacist shrugged at me and walked away. And didn’t return. At one point there were four of them in front of me discussing my prescriptions. When I tried to find out what was going on by offering my translator, I got abrupt four word sentences that didn’t make sense because I wasn’t part of the original involved discussion they had without me and made no effort at all to translate for me. Never again.
