★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena!! cuentan con medicamentos especializados que a veces es difícil encontrar en otras farmacias. Tienen algunos productos y medicamentos a precios bajos, pero otros a muy alto precio, es cuestión de comparar.
La sucursal de Niños Héroes tiene amplio estacionamiento y muy buen servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mas de 15 días para poder surtir una receta por error de las dependientes, al hablar por teléfono simplemente lo dejan a uno esperando o peor lo dejan descolgado. Al hablar con la encargada Adriana Ortiz muy grosera sin poder dar una solución simplemente mentiras sobre la entrega de las medicinas. Al igual que Dulce la otra dependiente no les interesa dar una solución. Definitivamente solo por que es la única opción si no jamás me compraría en ese lugar.
Terrible service more than 15 days to be able to fill a prescription by mistake of the clerks, when talking on the phone they simply leave you waiting or worse they leave you off the hook. When speaking with the manager Adriana Ortiz very rude without being able to give a solution simply lies about the delivery of the medicines. Like Dulce, the other clerk is not interested in providing a solution. Definitely only because it is the only option, otherwise I would never buy in that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los domingos cierran a las 6 peeero, después de las 5 ya no te venden medicamento, que porque hacen su corte a las 5, no se para que cierran a las 6 entonces. Es la única farmacia que vende mi tratamiento

Hablé antes a otro sucursal que me confirmo disponibilidad del medicamento de urgencia únicamente en la ubicación niños héroes y confirmo que el horario de cierre era 8.45 y no 9pm como dice google. Me negaron el servicio porque cerraron su sistema para sanitizar. Mal manejo de lógistica. Deje a mi paciente solo por llegar con urgencia para esto.
