★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene pésima atención vía telefónica, Maribel, la persona que atiende, no sabe escuchar, no conoce los medicamentos con los que cuentan en farmacia y te tiene mala actitud.
Mejoren eso, la verdad es muy desagradable llamar buscando un medicamento y que ni siquiera te deje hablar diciendo que no tienen ese y que debes llamar a tu médico.
Además, se supone que su hora de apertura es a las 8:00 am, lo cuál se debe suponer que ya deberían tener sistema abierto, y llamé 8:10 y aún no habían iniciado su sistema. PÉSIMO.
