★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las medicinas cuestan el doble que en otras farmacias, pésima atención al cliente, a pesar de que en su página de internet mencionan que tienes 5 días para devolver o cambiar un medicamento ellos se niegan sin motivo.
Medicines cost twice as much as in other pharmacies, terrible customer service, despite the fact that on their website they mention that you have 5 days to return or change a medicine, they refuse without reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su grabacion de la contestadora, tiene un volumen muy bajo. Mi cel lo tenia al tope y apenas se percibia la voz. No pude cotizar, ni saber si tenian existencia de mi producto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había acudido últimamente a esta farmacia para comprar mi medicamento y todo había estado bien. Sin embargo, la semana pasada tuve que acudir con mi hermano con autismo por causas de fuerza mayor, y querían que esperara afuera. Entiendo que por la contingencia se debe limitar el número de personas, sin embargo me parece incongruente que del lado izquierdo, en las sillas estuvieran 3 personas sin hacer nada, y en un cuartito otras dos personas. Desde que entramos una cajera se nos quedo viendo y cuando nos atendió el cajero del medio, ella le susurro algo y el nos dijo que no podía entrar mi hermano. Le dije que no lo iba a dejar afuera porque tiene autismo (imagínense se cruza la calle), y me dijo que hablaría con su gerente!! Hubiera preferido que nos dijeran que hasta que se desocupara otra caja entráramos para que se ajustara la cantidad de personas pero… insisto había gente adentro sin hacer algo… solo sentados. Además mi hermano no hace conductas disruptivas ni ruidos ni iba a tocar algo y tiene sus dos vacunas. Pero en fin…. No regreso a esta sucursal. Una pena porque antes de esto todo bien. Mi molestia no es que me digan que no entráramos los dos, si no que les dije que tenía autismo y aun así no entendieran la situación y tuviera que consultarla con el gerente.
I had been to this pharmacy lately to buy my medicine and everything had been fine. However, last week I had to go with my brother with autism due to force majeure, and they wanted him to wait outside. I understand that by contingency the number of people should be limited, however it seems incongruous to me that on the left side, there were 3 people in the chairs doing nothing, and two other people in a small room. From the moment we entered, a teller stared at us and when the middle teller attended to us, she whispered something to him and he told us that my brother could not enter. I told him that I was not going to leave him out because he has autism (imagine crossing the street), and he told me that he would speak to his manager !! I would have preferred that they told us that until another box was vacated we would go in so that the number of people could be adjusted but ... I insist there were people inside without doing something ... just sitting. In addition, my brother does not do disruptive behaviors or noises or was going to touch something and he has his two vaccines. But anyway…. I do not return to this branch. A shame because before this everything is fine. My annoyance is not that they tell me not to go in both, but that I told them I had autism and even then they did not understand the situation and had to consult with the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy arrogantes en la atención. Se comprende las medidas sanitarias. Entramos dos personas y de manera insistente comenta el cajero qué solo una persona por familia o grupo. Aunque íbamos a dos cosas diferentes e íbamos a hacer compras. Muy mala atención y más porque la farmacia están solo un cliente.
