Sólo iba por unos medicamentos y salí hasta con bloqueadores solares y fue tan amable que me llamo la atención su pluma porque tiene pinta de goma para usarse en pantallas táctiles y de ella nació regalármela, no!! Bueno!! Que más puedo pedir!! Excelente servicio!!FELICIDADES!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muestro la receta con el nombre del medicamento que requiere ser solicitado a un laboratorio para su elaboración y por el cual pagué anticipadamente -(esto llevó un laaargo tiempo de espera)-. Una vez realizado lo anterior, la señorita que me atendió se da cuenta que el medicamento que solicitó y por el que se me cobró no corresponde al de la receta y como única respuesta me pregunta que si no tengo inconveniente en llevármelo, por supuesto que me indigné y le dije que no, entonces su compañero me pregunta que si tengo inconveniente en que se me haga la devolución en efectivo ya que pagué con tarjeta.
Ya molesta les pregunto que por qué simplemente no corrigen y cambian el cobro por el medicamento que requiero, es entonces CUANDO ME DICEN QUE SU LABORATORIO NO ELABORA ESE MEDICAMENTO. DESPUÉS DE TAAANTO TIEMPO DE ESPERA Y EL CORAJE POR NO OBTENER UN MEDICAMENTO POR EL QUE YA PAGASTE ¿CÓMO CALIFICARÍAS EL SERVICIO DE ESTA FARMACIA?
I show the prescription with the name of the medicine that needs to be requested from a laboratory for its preparation and for which I paid in advance - (this took a loooong waiting time) -. Once the above is done, the lady who attended me realizes that the medication she requested and for which I was charged does not correspond to the one in the prescription and as the only answer she asks me if I have no problem taking it with me, of course I I was outraged and said no, then his partner asks me if I have any objection to getting the refund in cash since I paid with a card.
Already annoying, I ask them why they simply do not correct and change the charge for the medication I require, that is when they tell me that their laboratory does not make that medication. AFTER SO LONG WAITING TIME AND THE COURAGE FOR NOT GETTING A MEDICATION FOR WHICH YOU ALREADY PAID, HOW WOULD YOU RATE THE SERVICE OF THIS PHARMACY?
