PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN TELEFÓNICA. IMAGINO QUE HA DE SER SIMILAR LA ATENCIÓN EN SUCURSAL.

Graciela Galicia, rastreo la compra, porque habia sido via telefonica, pidio la factura como yo la habia estado solicitando y me la envio. Mi reconcimiento a personas tan amables como esta señorita. En muchas ocasiones me dejaron en linea, esperando y ella si hizo lo imposible. Mas mexicanos como ella, necesitamos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, te asesoran en cuanto a los medicamentos y te avisan por teléfono cuando estos llegan a la sucursal así como pedirlos si no los tienen.
Very good service, they advise you on medications and notify you by phone when they arrive at the branch as well as ask for them if they do not have them.
