Excelente servicio, llame para saber si tenían un medicamento y me hicieron mi orden quedo apartado, y ya en la farmacia liquide. Tiene servicio las 24 hrs.

El servicio es bueno pero deberían de agilizar más el proceso de venta y contar con más personal para agilizar la atención al cliente no puede ser q el sábado casi me tarde más de media hora ya q no más cuentan con una persona para atender por todo lo demás está bien pero si mucho ojo en eso

Pésimo servicio, esperas hasta 1 hora para q atiendan y no saben atender recetas de aseguradoras, no se ve al personal con la actitud de dar un buen servicio, es más fácil para ellos regresarte la receta y decirte q su sistema no está trabajando bien o buscan un dato con que justificar su falta de conocimiento y tú hora en esperar a q te atiendan y 20 min ahí moviéndole a su máquina para q salgas sin medicamentos

Pésimo servicio. Increíble, 1 sola persona oara atender y tarda 15 minutos en atender a cada persona. Llevo 35 minutos y ha atendido a 3 personas. Lamentablemente tengo que esperar pues mi aseguradora asigno mi pedido aqui. Hablan de servicio y no lo conocen.

El dia de hoy fui a surtir un medicamento Neurologico de mi mama,primero q tenia q llevar un folio, cuando el registro se hace telefonicamente entonces les dije q siempre habia comprado ahi y q con el nombre aparecian todos lo datos bueno accedio el chico, es un programa de 4 acumulables mas una de regalo ,la vez pasada q lo compre me dijeron q en la siguiente compra me tocaba la de obsequio y pues nada y argumenta q en febrero se me dio y no es verdad no me dieron nada llamaron a soporte y q iban a investigar entonces les dije bueno me avisan porq no puede pasar eso tienen q entregar la de obsequi y le dije cobreme una caja y ya despues se vera y resulta q se mete al sistema y me dice no permite entrar a su cuenta para venderle el medicamento y le dije como mi mama necesita su medicamento y me dijo se bloquio su cuenta , entonces considero q no se vale me tuvieron una hora en espera y no me lo vendieron q casualidad q no se podia o q esconden quien se quedo con el medicamento de regalo necesito que den solucion el laboratorio da esos programas para ayudar porq es un medicamento caro y no se vale aparte es neurologico q solo farmacias especializadas lo vende#PROFECO#PROGRAMACONVIVE#FARMACIAS ESPECIALIZADAS

Pésimo el servicio A través de llamada hago el pedido de un medicamento comentan que no hay y que lo consiguieron en una tienda de Tuxtla, hago la compra y pago ese día mismo el envío, pasa mas de una semana y no llega el medicamento, comentan que se daño y me van a devolver el dinero. Pasan días y me comentan que ya hay otro producto existencia y me lo mandaran y pasan 15 días y nada. Pido la devolución de mi dinero y va mas de una semana y no me han devuelto el dinero. Pésimo servicio. Queda como experiencia
