★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden medicamento e insumos que son difíciles de conseguir, pero sus precios son elevados, al borde del abuso, en ocasiones hasta 100% en comparación con otras Farmacias o Distribuidoras.
They sell medicine and supplies that are difficult to find, but their prices are high, on the verge of abuse, sometimes up to 100% compared to other Pharmacies or Distributors.

I called several times and they left me more than 10min. every time on the menu, no one ever answered .... For emergencies and home delivery, lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, desgraciadamente son la única opción para el medicamento que necesito en SLP. Llamé varias veces para revisar la disponibilidad e incluso fui a la sucursal, piden el medicamento a sus bodegas y si llega pues tienes suerte, si no, te indican que llames todos los días, el personal no está capacitado en manejo de situaciones como la mía, no tienen sentido de urgencia y aparentemente sólo se dedican a buscar en la sucursal, atienden llamadas y cobran; mas allá de éstas funciones más que básicas, no hay más. Preferible conseguir los medicamentos en otro estado o en línea porque tratar con éste servicio es desgastante
Unfortunately, they are unfortunately the only option for the medication I need in SLP. I called several times to check the availability and even went to the branch, they ask for the medicine to their cellars and if it arrives then you are lucky, if not, they tell you to call every day, the staff is not trained in handling situations like mine , they do not have a sense of urgency and apparently they only look at the branch, answer calls and charge; beyond these more than basic functions, there is no more. Preferred to get medications in another state or online because dealing with this service is draining
