Mejor atención en la sucursal de Av. Universidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy lenta aun cuando hayas llamado para cerciorarte de que tengan el medicamento. Muchas veces suelen solamente decirte que no tienen el medicamento sin ni siquiera buscarlo.
La variedad es amplia y el precio accesible.
De preferencia llamen o acudan a la suc de Av universidad.
Attention is very slow even when you have called to make sure they have the medicine. Many times they usually just tell you that they don't have the medicine without even looking for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala porque compre un medicamento y quería más piezas las cuales no tenían y me aseguraron que en cuatro días tendrían, llame y me dijeron que en tres dias más volví a llamar y nada!! Fui personalmente y sólo tenían uno y me hacía falta otro me aseguraron que me la enviarían a mi domicilio yo confirmé el precio hasta ahí mal porque cuando lo enviaron me sorprendió que venía con AUMENTO DE PRECIO !!!! No lo acepte así que regrese y efectivamente en menos de 8 horas ya había aumentado de precio!!! La encargada Ely Grisel Dorantes Mtz. me atendió con risa burlona diciéndome que no podía hacer nada!! No respetaron el precio cuando no fue mi culpa el que no tengan en existencia suficiente y hablen con la verdad!!!
Very bad because I bought a medicine and wanted more pieces which they didn't have and they assured me that in four days they would have, call and they told me that in three more days I called again and nothing! I went personally and they only had one and I needed another they assured me that they would send it to my home I confirmed the price so far because when they sent it I was surprised that it came with PRICE INCREASE !!!! Do not accept it so come back and in less than 8 hours had already increased in price! The manager Ely Grisel Dorantes Mtz. He treated me with mocking laughter telling me that I could not do anything !! They did not respect the price when it was not my fault that they did not have enough in existence and speak with the truth !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy alrededor de la 1 p.m. acudí por un medicamento y la señorita vio la foto del medicamento en el cel y todavía no le daba ni la receta cuando otro joven su compañero me dijo en tono malhumorado que no tenían el medicamento y no lo conseguiría. Le dimos las gracias. Si conseguí él medicamento y lástima, porque no siquiera por ver la receta vendieron alguno de los otros medicamentos prescritos. #PésimoServicio
Today around 1 p.m. I went for a medicine and the lady saw the photo of the medicine on the cell phone and still hadn't even given her the prescription when another young man, her partner, told me in a moody tone that they didn't have the medicine and wouldn't get it. We thanked him. If I got the medicine and too bad, because not even to see the prescription did they sell any of the other prescribed medicines. #Terrible service

Lástima que sólo ahí encontramos el medicamento y tenemos que aguantarles sus desplantes cada que tenemos que ir como si fueramos a pedirles limosna ? de verdad un pésimo servicio
