Vine el lunes 31 de enero de 2022 prque en la sucursal de la Francisco Sarabia no habia papel de fotografia, y aqui en la sucurslade allende solicite me sacaran fotos infantiles, y nunca fue alguien para atenderme, les pedi por segunda ocasion y me dijeron que ya iban, nunca fue nadie para ir al area de fotografia, me fui.
Hoy miercoles 02 de febrero de 2022 nuevamente voy para intentar sacar fotografias infantiles y esta vez si me atendio una señorita pero me regaño que las fotografias estaban mal tomadas muy cerca que salian muy grandes, ni siquiera le movio a las lineas de ajuste, yo le movi a las lineas para ajustarlas y se ajusto correctamente, y no supo que decirme me siguió diciendo que para la próxima las tomara más lejos, le dije que en la sucursal de francisco sarabia nunca me habian dicho nada y eran las mismas fotos que habia sacado hace poco.
Total siguió con su negativa y no quiso moverle a las lineas de ajuste las queria sacar directo y salian mal ajustadas, me hirvió la sangre y mejor le dije que muchas gracias.
Fui nuevamente a la sucursal de Francisco Sarabia y ya tenian papel de fotografía, en menos de 5 minutos me dieron mis tres juegos de fotografias infantiles y ni siquiera me comentaron nada de las fotos y las ajustaron muy rapido y se imprimieron correctamente.
Muy mal servicio de fotografia en la sucursal de allende. No lo recomiendo.

Today, Wednesday, February 02, 2022, I am going again to try to take children's photographs and this time a lady attended me but she scolded me that the photographs were badly taken very close that they came out very large, she did not even move the adjustment lines, I I moved the lines to adjust them and it adjusted correctly, and he didn't know what to tell me he kept telling me that next time I would take them further, I told him that in the Francisco Sarabia branch they had never told me anything and they were the same photos I had taken recently.
Total continued with his refusal and did not want to move the adjustment lines, he wanted to take them out directly and they came out poorly adjusted, my blood boiled and I better said thank you very much.
I went again to the Francisco Sarabia branch and they already had photography paper, in less than 5 minutes they gave me my three sets of children's photographs and they didn't even tell me anything about the photos and they adjusted them very quickly and they were printed correctly.
Very poor photography service at the Allende branch. I do not recommend it.
