Terrible service in Acapulco, they put a phone where they never answer, what barbarians! It is the only place in the Mexican Republic where I have run into this problem, terrible service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados no cuidan su empleo, les solicitas que te indiquen en que otra sucursal de su misma cadena pudieras encontrar el articulo que buscas , al no tenerlos ellos, y rápidamente te dicen que no pueden ver eso. MUY MAL EN ESE SENTIDO. OJALA CAMBIEN SU MODO DE ATENDER A LOS CLIENTES.
Employees do not take care of their jobs, you ask them to tell you where another branch of the same chain could find the item you are looking for, as they do not have them, and they quickly tell you that they cannot see that. VERY BAD IN THAT SENSE. I HOPE THEY CHANGE THEIR WAY OF SERVING CUSTOMERS.
