★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion del supuesto jefe! Compre un medicamento y me dieron otro gramaje, volví a pedir que arreglaran el error buscando al encargado! ERROR! El supuesto encargado de nombre “Juan” acude al área de farmacia, va con empleada y me confronta a ver que entendió! Que porque el cubrebocas hace que entiendan otra cosa… les mostré la receta!!!! De verdad tienen buenos en precios y surtido! Pero en liderazgo les falta mínimo un curso! Eso no se hace! Nunca! NUNCA! Les de una retroalimentación o regaño a tus empleados enfrente de nadie! Por ética!!! Ni frente a los clientes, ni frente a otros empleados o proveedores! Nunca!!! JAMAS enfrentes a tus clientes con tus empleados! No estas con la señorita Laura o con Roció! Se supone que los bancos ponen medidas de seguridad para sus clientes como pagar con NIP… aunque pagues de con NIP te exigen que firmes el voucher! Segun por “política” aunque no exista un lugar que diga “firma” y aunque el ticket diga “se utilizo firma electrónica”Tengan cuidado! Esa es una mala práctica! Definitivamente el servicio deja mucho que desear!

The supposed manager named "Juan" goes to the pharmacy area, goes with an employee and confronts me to see that he understood! Because the mask makes them understand something else… I showed them the recipe !!!! They really have good prices and assortment! But in leadership they lack at least one course! That is not done! Never! NEVER! Give feedback or scold your employees in front of anyone! For ethics !!! Not in front of customers, not in front of other employees or suppliers! Never!!! NEVER face your customers with your employees! You are not with Miss Laura or Roció! Banks are supposed to put security measures for their customers like paying with a PIN ... even if you pay with a PIN, they require you to sign the voucher! According to "policy" even if there is no place that says "signature" and even if the ticket says "electronic signature was used" Be careful! That is bad practice! The service definitely leaves a lot to be desired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente tienda, pero con empleados fatales. Nunca hay nadie que te cobre, puro chamaco riéndose, burlándose, jugando, y te brindan una pésima atención; ni dan ganas de ir con esos empleados tan amargados y groseros

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los empleados se tardan mil años en traerte algo y aparte tienen horario de comida y no te atienden, no tiene estacionamiento y bien temprano cierran sus puertas y se hace una filota de gente por que no se apuran los empleados pedorros que tienen y el guardia pelón cabeza de mis webos es bien mamila

Las caducidades de los medicamentos están completas y el servicio a domicilio en esta sucursal en especial es un poco tardado
