a	alberto cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención malísima, el día de hoy acudí a realizar el pago de un servicio y la señora que atiende el área de farmacia me dijo que no tenía sistema y al preguntarle qué a qué hora podría regresar para ver si ya había sistema comentó que no sabía por qué el sistema estaba fallando sin siquiera checar si podría pasar el pago en comento. Eso significa que la apatía al 1000 para dar la atención a un cliente para realizar el pago de un servicio…. Los administradores deberían poner más atención en esos temas ya que esas acciones ponen en mal a las farmacias Guadalajara ya que si uno acude a realizar la compra de algo o el pago de algún servicio no es de gratis por qué si la franquicia implementa el pago de servicios no creo que sea de a gratia ósea que algún beneficio económico tienen como para no atender a los usuarios que acudimos para hacer esos pagos de servicios por nada gracias ? El personal que está actualmente en farmacia conocen bien su trabajo y si tengo un problema o pregunta están dispuestos a ayudar y son amables y pacientes. El mejor lugar para medicamentos!! Every time I go they take good care of me. The staff currently in pharmacy know their jobs well and if I have a problem or question they are willing to help and are friendly and patient. The best place for medicine!!
M	Mena TC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice abierto DÍA Y NOCHE y nunca está abierto en la noche. He ido varias veces y tienen cerrado y nadie NADIE abre. Chequen eso por piedad. A veces hay emergencias... Y eso que he ido como 10:30pm It says open DAY AND NIGHT and is never open at night. I've been several times and they have closed and NO ONE opens. Check that out for mercy. Sometimes there are emergencies... And I've been there around 10:30pm
