★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena que un corporativo con tanta fama y prestigio, tenga personal tan poco sensible. Hoy me negaron la venta de un medicamento, aún con receta en la mano, argumentando que es "controlado" , cuando en realidad es un antiacne.
Con receta en mano, el argumento es que "debe venir solo". Finalmente ellos se quedarían con la receta. Además de que fueron prepotentes y, porque grabe a la del mostrador (diciendo que no me podìan vender el medicamente, aun con receta), me trataron como si fuera criminal, tomando fotos y siendo realmente groseros.
What a shame that a corporate with such fame and prestige, has so little sensitive staff. Today they denied me the sale of a medicine, even with a prescription in my hand, arguing that it is "controlled", when in fact it is an antiacne.
With a recipe in hand, the argument is that "you must come alone." Finally they would keep the recipe. Besides that they were arrogant and, because I recorded the counter (saying that they could not sell me the medication, even with a prescription), they treated me as if I were a criminal, taking photos and being really rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mientras todos los negocios están abiertos con las medidas sanitarias pertinentes, en la farmacia nos tuvieron ayer esperando afuera atendiendo por la puerta como si fuera tiendita de conveniencia, sin importarle que nos estuviéramos mojando afuera, es una lastima la atención que nos dieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicacion del lugar es buena, la farmacia cuenta con bastantes productos para la vida diaria, hay lugares donde uno se puede estacionar. El servicio es bueno, aunque seria mejor si dieran una mayor atencion al cliente.
