★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hay nadie que atienda en salchichonería, hemos esperado hasta 20 min para que alguien nos atienda.
En ésta época de pandemia no ponen filtro sanitario, el tapete siempre pero siempre seco, el gel está horrible te deja las manos tiezas, y sobre todo DEJAN ENTRAR A GENTE SIN CUBREBOCAS! y dejan que la GENTE SE ACONGLOMERE NO ESTÁN AL TANTO DE DEJAR ENTRAR GENTE HASTA QUE SALGAN LOS DEMÁS, pésimo servicio en cajas, siempre tardadísimo, siempre hay mucha gente pero casi NUNCA FUNCIONAN LAS DOS CAJAS A LA VEZ.
En la farmacia el personal no está capacitado TE DICEN QUE LLEGARÁ EL MEDICAMENTO Y CUANDO VAS RESULTA QUE ESTABA DESCONTINUADO Y NO TE DICEN NADA HASTA QUE DAS VARIAS VUELTAS.
Definitivamente pésimo servicio, personal deficiente y no capacitado.
Aparte siempre están siempre llenos de indigentes en las puertas y huele a peste ahí afuera, siempre hay indigentes bebiendo alcohol, fumando y huele muy fuerte a orines.

In the pharmacy, the staff is not trained, THEY TELL YOU THAT THE MEDICINE WILL ARRIVE AND WHEN YOU GO, IT WAS DISCONTINUED AND THEY DO NOT SAY ANYTHING UNTIL YOU TURN SEVERAL.
Definitely lousy service, poor and untrained staff.
Besides, they are always full of homeless people at the doors and it smells like the stink out there, there are always homeless people drinking alcohol, smoking and it smells very strong of urine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta farmacia nunca contesta su teléfono. Fue mi primera visita el mes de diciembre. Los empleados son bien déspotas y no saben o se hacen de como se debe de atender el cliente. Siempre tiene la cara de enojados como si odiaran su trabajo. Si no lea gusta trabar, pues que busquen otro lugar que si les gustaría trabajar. Atienden mejor en los Estados Unidos que en la farmacia. Como pueden permitir los gerentes de la farmacia que sus empleados traten a la clientela haci. Que vergüenza de los empleados y el gerente que nosotros los clientes somos su pan de cada día en que ellos comen y luego nos traten nosotros los clientes como si les estorbamos a ellos. Deberían tener vergüenza como mexicanos.
This pharmacy never answers your phone. It was my first visit in December. The employees are very despotic and do not know or do how they should serve the client. He always looks angry as if they hated his job. If you do not read like to work, then look for another place than if you would like to work. They serve better in the United States than in the pharmacy. How the pharmacy managers can allow their employees to treat the clientele. What a shame of the employees and the manager that we the customers are their daily bread in which they eat and then we treat the clients as if we hinder them. They should be ashamed as Mexicans.
