★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que está abierta las 24 horas , fui a las 3 y 30 AM y el chavo que está de guardia no quiso abrir por qué estaba con una amiguita dentro de la tienda!!!!
 It is supposed to be open 24 hours a day, I went at 3:30 AM and the guy on duty didn't want to open it because he was with a little friend inside the store !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lentos para atender, siempre están distraídos, te ponen cara y la maquina de nescafe no la tienen lista, lastima porque para ser una empresa reconocida dan muy mal servicio.
Very slow to attend to, they are always distracted, they put a face on you and the nescafe machine does not have it ready, it hurts because for being a recognized company they give very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a comprar y tienen las etiquetas de los precios mal puestos y las ofertas q exponen al público no tienen inventarios. Colocan la mercancía mal etiquetada con el precio incorrecto o a los empleados se les olvida quitar o les da flojera actualizar los precios y nosotros como consumidores nos casamos y lo primero q vemos es el precio y llegando a caja sale otro. A un sabiendo q es culpa de los mismos empleados de no hacer bien su trabajo todavía nos ofenden y nos tratan mal.
La encargada de esta tienda es muy déspota y sin tacto para atender al cliente piensa q está en los tianguis donde puede ponerse al tu por tu con con los clientes y da miedo ya que es muy agresiva. En mi caso no es llevarme una oferta es la amabilidad y aceptación de que están cometiendo un error y que al menos pidan una disculpa más no que se ponga muy prepotente
Today I went to buy and they have the wrong price labels and the offers that they expose to the public do not have inventories. They place the wrongly labeled merchandise with the wrong price or the employees forget to remove or are lazy to update the prices and we as consumers get married and the first thing we see is the price and when we check out another one comes out. Knowing that it is the fault of the employees themselves for not doing their job well, they still offend us and treat us badly.
The manager of this store is very despotic and tactless when it comes to serving the customer. She thinks that she is in the flea markets where she can go to you by you with the customers and it is scary since she is very aggressive. In my case, it is not taking me an offer, it is the kindness and acceptance that they are making a mistake and that at least they ask for an apology but not that they get very arrogant
