★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima Atención son unas personas prepotentes en especial La Gerente de Farmacia La Señora Paola o Paula no recuerdo bien el nombre ,fui a realizar una compra de medicamentos y la cajera se equivocó y no me quisieron cambiar el medicamento por el correcto mucho menos hacerme la devolución que porque sus políticas no se lo permitían se quedaron con el medicamento y con el efectivo de este ,la encargada dijo estar muy apegada a sus políticas de empresa
Terrible attention, they are arrogant people, especially the Pharmacy Manager Mrs. Paola or Paula, I don't remember her name well, I went to make a purchase of medicines and the cashier made a mistake and they didn't want to change the medicine for the correct one, much less give me a refund that because their policies did not allow it, they kept the medicine and the cash from it, the manager said she was very attached to her company policies
