★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an older American, this farmacia was my first stop here in Oaxaca after three years in Guatemala.
I am a chronic insomniac and I didn't realize I needed a doctor's prescription for my sleep meds here in Mexico (Tafil or Alprozalam).
The pharmacist here treated me like I was a drug seeker. He wouldn't answer my questions and pretty much told me to leave.
Next stop was a Farmacia Del Ahorro.
FIVE STARS.
They politely answered my questions and directed me to a doctor next door who wrote me a prescription to last a few nights.
