I dialed several times and they just left the phone on the hook or when they answered they hung up right away, terrible service and poor attention.

En llamada te dejan colgado y aparte no te incluyen todos los medicamentos.
No las dejan tener su celular pero en farmacia cortándose y limándose las uñas es desagradable la actitud de las despachadoras.
Unfortunately there is no telephone number for complaints because both in the pharmacy and in calls the attention is terrible.
On call they leave you hanging and apart they do not include all the medications.
They do not let them have their cell phone but in the pharmacy cutting and filing their nails the attitude of the dispatchers is unpleasant.
