★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta tienda tiene poco conocimiento de cómo tratar al cliente, solicite una devolución sobre un producto que no utilice. No pedía me devolvieran el dinero si no que me lo cambiaran x otro producto, pero esto no fue posible, el trato fue sin ganas de ayudar al cliente, creo que se quedaron en los 80’s y no saben cómo está el mercado ahora en atender al cliente. Cero servicio al cliente cero! Si requieren productos homeopáticos ya los pueden adquirir en otras tiendas con políticas más amigables.
