Cada día hay médicos diferentes tanto en la mañana como en la tarde, cómo puede haber seriedad en sus consultas con tal rotación?. Es un negocio que atiende el tema de la salud, obvio vende medicamentos y brinda consulta médica, pero NO se encuentra al frente personal profesional o con una mínima preparación, no cuentan con una base de datos de los médicos, no tienen sus números telefónicos, sus cédulas profesionales y les resulta imposible tener comunicación con el área de recursos humanos para obtener información. La Sra. Erika Sánchez como "responsable" trato de ayudarme más de fuerza que de gana.

Ojalá el propietario de la franquicia se interese en este comentario y corrija estos errores que le afectan directamente a su negocio. Por lo pronto yo en lo personal lo menos que pueda acudir a esa sucursal mejor.
