★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En servicio a Domicilio es muy pésimo en atención a clientes vía telefónica no te contestan siente atienden te dicen q te envía el medicamento alas 3 horas después en mostrador mucho q decear mala atención de las personas y del cajero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio 4:46 llame para pedir un servicio a domicilio la señorita que me atendió de nombre fabiola me dijo que 6:30 estaba el repartidor en mi domicilio son 8:20 y sigo esperando a que lleguen me comunico para preguntar que paso y una señorita bastante grosera me dice que el repartidor lleva 20 pedido y que no sabe a que hora me lo van a entregar pero que si gusto me lo cancela

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues,no se como calificarla porque en cuanto a productos es genial,en precios también, hay para todos los bolsillos, para todo tipo de piel y todas las necesidades, peeeero,en cuanto al servicio ,no me gusto del todo,.
Lo que pasa es que yo fui una semana antes y una señorita se porto muy amable y compre una crema para mi hija, después regrese a los ocho días y me despacho otra señorita porque la que me despacho antes estaba ocupada,pero la otra me despacho muy grosera,muy impaciente,no me dio ningún consejo en cuanto a los productos, a pesar de que mi compra fue de 300$ no me dio informes sobre una tarjeta de la tienda,no me dio tiket,y fue muy grosera, el cajero ...lo mismo bastante grosero,no me dio tiket,luego de pagar,vi que me alcanzaba para más cremas y opte por pedir otras,pero ahí ya me despacho la señorita amable, me apoyo en todas mis dudas,me tuvo paciencia,y muy amable me comento sobre la tarjeta de la farmacia, me tomo mis datos y en ese instante me dio mi tarjeta,.la verdad me encantaría que el cajero y la señorita tuvieran un regañó o algo así, por ser tan groseros con los clientes,y a la otra señorita mis felicitaciones por hacer bien su trabajo,,esto me paso en la medina de zavaleta aquí en puebla,si algún día van,les aconsejo que no les despache una muchacha que usa cabello suelto es alta y se siente modelo esa te trata mal,vayan con una señorita morenita que usa siempre una trenza es muy muy muy amable.

En cuanto a productos me parece muy buen lugar, sin embargo en cuanto a atención siempre deja mucho que desear! Además de que es la ÚNICA tienda (ya no digo FARMACIA!!) a la que he ido que NO TIENE tapetes sanitizantes a la entrada y no hubo NADIE que me checara la temperatura u ofreciera alcohol en gel.
Cuando se los comenté, de una manera bastante desinteresada y un tanto déspota me dijeron que estaba en la entrada en una botella que inclusive era de otro producto.
MAL... MUY MAL DROGUERÍA MEDINA DE CAMINO REAL A CHOLULA!

In terms of products, it seems like a very good place, however in terms of attention it always leaves much to be desired! Besides that it is the ONLY store (I am not saying PHARMACY anymore !!) I have been to that DOES NOT HAVE sanitizing mats at the entrance and there was NO ONE to check the temperature or offer alcohol gel.
When I mentioned them, in a rather disinterested and somewhat despotic way they told me that it was in the entrance in a bottle that was even made of another product.
BAD ... VERY BAD MEDINA DRUG STORE FROM CAMINO REAL TO CHOLULA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda tiene variedad de productos y aunque es pequeña por dentro, si no encuentras algo lo pueden buscar en la computadora e indicarte si lo tienen disponible o si no, te dicen de alguna sucursal que lo tiene.
La atención fue buena, pero algunos de los empleadxs no son muy cordiales, sin embargo te atienden rápido.
