★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las dos señoritas que me atendieron hoy domingo 8 de enero de 2017 (6pm) fueron increíblemente agradables y amables, me ayudaron a encontrar mi tono de maquillaje y me mostraron opciones de 3 marcas diferentes. Muchas gracias, aunque no es la sucursal que me queda más cerca, regresaré a ésta.
The two ladies who attended me today Sunday January 8, 2017 (6pm) were incredibly nice and friendly, helped me find my makeup tone and showed me options of 3 different brands. Thank you very much, although it is not the branch that is closest to me, I will return to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque encontré todo lo que buscaba, y los productos son maravillosos, la señorita que me atendió, no sabía ni lo que vendía, le pregunté por un producto me lo enseñó y se fue, me dejó con la palabra en la boca.
Al final termine agarrando lo que necesitaba.
La verdad que desagradable entrar a una tienda en la que te atienden así.
Tenía un cubre bocas rosa y lentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la señora que atienden la caja toda atarantada, me da mi cambio y luego me lo arrebata por qué según ella yo le había pagado con un billete de menor denominación , así nada mas por su atarantamiento ,y sin disculparse ni nada ehh , y la otra señora que está con ella le haces algunas preguntas de las cremas que tienen ahí en el mostrador y te la quita de la mano, y solo se limita a leer lo que dice la crema , así como si uno no supiera leer y la vuelve a dejar en su lugar ,pésima pésima atención al cliente, y sobre todo pésima actitud de ventas , que lastima hay tantos buenos productos , pero no hay quien ofrezca , con esa actitud ni como ayudarles. Es la sucursal Juárez -Q
Terrible service, the lady who attends the cashier all busy, gives me my change and then takes it from me because according to her I had paid her with a lower denomination bill, just like that for her being tied up, and without apologizing or anything ehh, and the other lady who is with her you ask her some questions about the creams they have there on the counter and she takes it off your hand, and she only limits herself to reading what the cream says, as if one did not know how to read and she turns it back to leave in their place, lousy customer service, and especially lousy sales attitude, which hurts there are so many good products, but there is no one to offer, with that attitude or how to help them. It is the Juárez -Q branch

Hacen envíos a domicilio y llegan puntuales.
