★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor de los servicios...el trato al cliente es tan malo y tan monótono que no vale la pena ni ir a ver si tienen promociones. Jamás contestan el teléfono,el exterior está siempre sucio y el aire acondicionado es exclusivo de las empleadas porque 9 de cada 10 veces atienden por ventanilla aunque sea mediodía y haya 40 grados afuera. Jamás sonríen y no hacen el mínimo esfuerzo por vender...dos ocasiones he tenido que regresar el producto por falta de "cambio" imagínense...!! Afortunadamente no es igual en otras sucursales...en la de Fátima atienden de maravilla. Consejo: aléjense de esta sucursal.
The worst of the services ... the customer service is so bad and so monotonous that it is not worth going to see if they have promotions. They never answer the phone, the outside is always dirty and the air conditioning is exclusively for the employees because 9 times out of 10 they answer the phone even though it is noon and it is 40 degrees outside. They never smile and make no effort to sell ... twice I have had to return the product for lack of "change" imagine ... !! Fortunately it is not the same in other branches ... in Fatima they serve wonderfully. Tip: stay away from this branch.
