★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vayan a consulta en esta sucursal, el doctor de la tarde es super déspota, se porto muy grosero con mi hermana que llevo a mi sobrino de 5 años porque se comio una nuez entera sin masticar y dijo que le dolia el estomago, pero mas que nada para que lo sacaran a la calle, ya que como su familia no vivimos en estado de Mexico, entonces no sale mucho, y el doctor que lo atendió le dijo que era un niño discapacitado porque mi sobrinito estaba muy contento en la consulta, no tuvo piedad por mi hermana viendo que iba también con mi sobrinita de 2 meses y medio, no son modos de tratar a las personas, y menos a un pequeo de 5 años.
Do not go to consult in this branch, the doctor in the afternoon is super despotic, he was very rude to my sister who took my 5-year-old nephew because he ate a whole nut without chewing it and said his stomach hurt, but more nothing for them to take him out on the street, since his family doesn't live in the state of Mexico, so he doesn't go out much, and the doctor who treated him told him that he was a disabled child because my little nephew was very happy in the consultation, He had no mercy for my sister seeing that I was also going with my 2 and a half month old niece, they are not ways to treat people, especially a 5 year old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera le daba 0 estrellas por el trato que le dieron el lunes 9 de mayo a mi hija y mi nieto el doctor de la tarde, algunos cuantos que atienden se salvan pero otros son muy déspotas y descrteses en especial todos los médicos que atienden. Ojalá mejoren a su personal porque se supone que los doctores deben dar un trato humano, no déspota y grosero, mi hija de haber sabido como la tratarían hubiera ido a otro lugar, mejor pagar más y recibir un trato digno.
If I could, I would give it 0 stars for the treatment my daughter and my grandson received on Monday, May 9, from the doctor in the afternoon. A few who attend are saved, but others are very despotic and especially all the doctors who attend are discarded. I hope they improve their staff because doctors are supposed to give humane treatment, not despotic and rude, if my daughter had known how they would treat her, she would have gone to another place, better to pay more and receive decent treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lunes fui a consulta con el doctor que atiende por las tardes, mi niño es hiperactivo y aunque le dolía el estómago estaba feliz por salir de la casa. En el consultorio no quería sentarse porque tenía curiosidad por el lugar y el doctor en lugar de enfocarse en el dolor por el que lo lleve empezó a decir cosas como si el niño no pudiera entenderlo, uso palabras como discapacitado y cuando volvimos a la casa mi hijo llegó muy triste. En otra ocasión fui y les molestó mucho que mí niño tenía miedo y no se dejaba revisar,ahora el inconveniente fue porque ya le explique al niño que no debe tener miedo en las consultas. Mejor deberían avisar que no toleran a los niños y que no los pueden atender en su consultorio.
On Monday I went to see the doctor who attends in the afternoons, my son is hyperactive and although his stomach hurt, he was happy to leave the house. In the office he didn't want to sit down because he was curious about the place and the doctor instead of focusing on the pain that I took him for he started saying things like the boy couldn't understand him, he used words like disabled and when we got back home my son arrived very sad. On another occasion I went and it bothered them a lot that my child was afraid and would not allow himself to be checked, now the inconvenience was because I already explained to the child that he should not be afraid in the consultations. Better they should warn that they do not tolerate children and that they cannot attend to them in their office.
