I hurt my knee, they were quick x-rays, good attention from the friendly and respectful radiologist, well, cheap but at the counter if you need to be more friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En los laboratorios vienen personas con Covid que no se ponen bien el cubrebocas y no les dicen nada. Las personas de recepción no están preparadas para dar correctamente el servicio. No siguen los protocolos de seguridad y son muy altaneras. Además de poner en riesgo la salud de los demás.

Me tocó ir a pedir informes sobre la prueba COVID y el personal de farmacia está en la entrada, todos juntos pero al preguntarles hay una empleada muy sarcástica y hasta grosera en sus respuestas. No son formas de tratar a las personas y me parece que si no quiere que le pregunten, podrían poner algún letrero con indicaciones.
This opinion is regarding Pharmacy. I had to go to ask for information about the COVID test and the pharmacy staff is at the entrance, all together, but when I ask them there is a very sarcastic and even rude employee in her answers. They are not ways to treat people and it seems to me that if you do not want to be asked, they could put up a sign with directions.
