Hay una gran diferencia de precios entre medicamentos de "marca" frente a los similares equivalentes. Pienso que son efectivos y que si tienen permiso de COFEPRIS todo está bien. Pero es cuestión de preferencia y poder adquisitivo.
You can find drug and supplement deals on Mondays with a 25% discount and the rest of the week 3x2, I think it applies to everything they sell. There is a large price difference between "brand" drugs compared to similar equivalents. I think they are effective and that if they have permission from COFEPRIS, everything is fine. But it is a matter of preference and purchasing power.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient pharmacy. They want to sell you extra stuff, but don't rip you off. If you need prescription antibiotics, there is a small doctor's office directly next door (apparently open until midnight most days), where they will give you a short consultation and a prescription for 35 pesos without an appointment (be prepared to wait for half an hour or so, though).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location twice so far. Staff has been friendly and helpful both times. They were patient while I brought up what we were looking for on my phone. The first trip my wife could not get either of the antibiotics she was looking for without a prescription. Just by asking for those the worker behind the counter knew why she needed them asked with his hands and when verified he recommended a medication that did not need a prescription. My wife had not heard of that actually had three ingredients she was familiar with. That took care of her stomach issues.
