★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es horrible, te gritan para pasar y varios del personal no tienen educación. No contestan el teléfono y no me mandaron mis análisis por correo cuando dijeron que estarían listos.
The attention is horrible, they yell at you to come in and several of the staff are uneducated. They don't answer the phone and they didn't mail me my tests when they said they would be ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve una hora esperando para que el doctor me dijera que no podía atenderme que la persona antes de mi era la última y que había avisado. Pero a mi nunca me dijo nada. No anuncien que el doctor está hasta las 11 pm cuando se va a las 9 pm.
I waited an hour for the doctor to tell me that he could not attend to me that the person before me was the last one and that he had warned me. But he never said anything to me. Don't announce that the doctor is there until 11pm when he leaves at 9pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero felicitar y agradecer al personal de la farmacia que labora en el horario de 7:30 de la noche. Ya que hoy viernes 4 después de haber comprado un juego de cubre bocas sin darme cuenta se me cayó la cartera, de lo cual me percaté hasta el momento en que fui al cajero para intentar retirar dinero.
Al no encontrarla lo único que se me ocurrió fue volver por dónde vine, cuando llegué a la farmacia, un chico de su personal (desconozco el nombre) me llamo para decirme que efectivamente se me había caído y la habían resguardado por si volvía. No faltaba nada.
Estoy profundamente agradecido y feliz de saber que existe gente honrada y honesta. Muchas gracias y bendiciones ?
I want to congratulate and thank the pharmacy staff who work from 7:30 at night. Since today, Friday the 4th, after having bought a set of face masks without realizing it, I dropped my wallet, which I did not realize until the moment I went to the ATM to try to withdraw money.
Not finding it, the only thing that occurred to me was to go back the way I came. When I got to the pharmacy, a guy from their staff (I don't know his name) called me to tell me that I had indeed dropped it and they had protected it in case it came back. Nothing was missing.
I am deeply grateful and happy to know that honest and honest people exist. Thank you very much and blessings ?
