★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio me sacaron unos estudios de sangre y me entregaron otros donde indican otro tipo de sangre que no es el mio y todavía me alegaron que si era mi muestra cuando yo tengo con que comprobar que no es mi tipo de sangre además de que no quisieron repetir la muestra se robaron mi dinero no me dieron ni reembolso ni nada además de que la atención al cliente esta horrible mejor paguen un poco mas por que quien sabe de quien les entregan los resultados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puntos a favor: El lugar se ve limpio, si respetan las medidas de sanidad, si cuentan con gel antivacterial, normalmente siempre cuentan con los medicamentos que necesito.
Puntos a mejorar: En ocasiones no respetan los horarios establecidos tanto en falmacia como en el consultorio. No cuentan con personal para medir temperatura por medidas de sanidad.
Points in favor: The place looks clean, if they respect health measures, if they have antivacterial gel, they usually always have the medications I need.
Points to improve: Sometimes they do not respect the established schedules both in the clinic and in the office. They do not have staff to measure temperature for sanitation measures.
