La noche del jueves 20 de enero compré Eritropoyetina humana recombinante, la señora de lentes cabello corto me la despachó sin la bolsa de hielo. Si no fuera por la joven de lentes que iba llegando a su turno, se percató y me dió la bolsa. La otra señora totalmente indiferente ante la advertencia. Además, nunca me dijeron que los otros medicamentos que solicité y no estaban en el catálogo pero se podían autorizar en el módulo UV, los cuales estuvimos haciendo todo lo posible por comprar, el que tenga un enfermo grave sabrá del apuro económico y pocos tienen la solvencia necesaria lo cual significa vida o muerte. Aclaro que en otras sucursales como la de enfrente del CEM Xalapa tienen personal muy atento y el módulo UV nos apoyó.
